Getting Educated in Natural Health

Many residence and distance colleges offer degree programs in natural healing methods, and choosing where to get your education is very important. If you want to practice a licensed profession, it may be important to attend a residence college that’s been accredited by a US Dept. of Education-recognized Accrediting Board. If your profession is unregulated, or if licenses are not required to practice, then a distance college or a certificate program may better suit your needs.

ANCB is not an accrediting organization, but does approve specific colleges and programs that adequately prepare graduates for professional certification. Following is a list of our approved colleges (in alphabetical order), with links to their web sites.  This list is not exhaustive, as new colleges and educational programs are being developed all the time, so if you have questions about a natural health college or program, please let us know.
