I have enjoyed many studies in Natural Medicine. I studied and completed my B.S. degree at the University of Nevada Reno in 1981. From there I have been involved with clinical laboratory diagnostics including an oncology research lab with Mayo Clinic. I also had the privilege of opening my own branch laboratory in Montana in 1999.

I completed studies in traditional naturopathy in 2005 which I am very passionate about considering the current state of medicine in our country. My practice has been primarily involved with massage therapy for which I attained licensing in 2008 even though I practiced in places that did not require licensing prior to that time. I also practice with medicinal herbs, energy work and natural medicine supplementation.

I am currently on sabbatical with my natural medicine practice while working on relocation and doing more studies in Herbalism. My website will be forthcoming soon!

As a trained doctor of Naturopath, Leila applies basic naturopathic principles that work with the body's own natural ability to heal itself by restoring and maintaining optimal health.

Melanie Sophia is a traditional naturopath, herbalist and nutritional consultant. She earned her undergraduate degree from Siena Heights University in Adrian, MI. She has a blended education from the leading natural health schools around the country, such as Trinity School of Natural Health, the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education and the Heirloom Academy of Healing Arts. She has completed the Doctor of Naturopathy program with Heirloom Academy, and has gone on to pursue her Ph.D in Natural Health Sciences with the University of Natural Medicine.

Melanie practices in Macomb County, Michigan and also works with clients online throughout the country. Originally starting in family health and wellness, her main clients are purpose-driven women who struggle with hormonal imbalance, fertility concerns, weight loss, anxiety and depression.

Services include medical intuitive sessions, energy testing, iridology, energetic bodywork, and her signature health mentorship programs that are three to six months. In her one on one programs, she offers unique, concierge style health mentorship and education personalized to each individual.
