Dr. Horrigan is a Registered, Certified Traditional Naturopath. She began her formal hands-on ND education at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education and completed her Doctorate at New Eden College. Carey is also a Certified Holistic Doula (HD), which indicates an extensive, Naturopathic Doula training and Women's Advocate, beyond that of Labour Companion. In addition, she is a Certified Fertility Specialist and a Lactation Educator. Carey is also a CranioSacral Therapist and is currently in specialized CranioSacral training in regard to Fertility, Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Infant Care from the world renowned Upledger International Institute.
Carey's practice is for the entire family, but has a special focus on woman and children. Dr. Horrigan and her husband have 10 beautiful children they have raised naturally on their organic farm and she brings extensive experience and wisdom to the table.
Currently, Carey sees clients for General Wellness and Acute and Chronic Health concerns, Fertility, Pregnancy, Doula and Lactation Services in-home and at both her Ludington and Tustin offices. She sees Grand Rapids area clients in-home. CranioSacral Therapy appointments can be scheduled for in-office appointments in Ludington, Tustin and Grand Rapids.
